When requesting your first withdrawal, you will be requested to provide proof of identity. This can be a valid passport, ID document or drivers licence.
This is standard protocol and is usually a once off procedure in order to confirm your identity and ensure that only you, the account holder, receive the winnings as requested.
For players who have made deposits using credit card to their casino account this procedure will also require that a verification form is completed for each credit card as used at White Lotus Casino. This form needs to be completed and signed by hand and along with this form it will be required that copies of the front and back of the associated credit card are provided. The images should be in a format clear enough to be able to verify the name on the card as well as the signature on the credit card. Accounts will be required to have completed the verification procedure before any withdrawals will be processed.
All pending withdrawals are processed by our accounts department within 2 working days excluding weekends and Public holidays. For example; should one request a withdrawal on Monday this withdrawal will be processed and the funds transferred by our accounts department on Wednesday. Should one request a withdrawal on a Thursday, this would mean that this withdrawal is due to be processed on Saturday, however because Saturday is a non working day for our accounts department, this withdrawal will be processed and the funds paid over on Monday. It should also be noted that some transactions can take up to 72 business hours to reflect due to regular bank to bank delays.
