In order to successfully complete a withdrawal from your White Lotus account you will be required to complete the account verification procedure. This procedure is required for all accounts and forms part of our standard security measures.
In order to complete the verification procedure you will be required to provide us with a valid form of identification such as an Identity Document or valid Passport.
If you have used any credit cards or debit cards in your White Lotus Casino account you will then be required to complete a credit card verification form for each card used. This form must be completed and signed by hand and can be located here.
Along with this form you will be required to provide a copy of the front and back of the credit/debit card concerned with the image being clear enough to verify the name and signature on the card. Please be sure to block out your CVV code on the back of the card. The CVV code is the three digit code as printed on the back of your card. This is done for security reasons.
This is a once off procedure. However should you register and use any new credit/debit cards on our system you may be required to complete this procedure for the new cards.

Withdrawals are processed within two working days excluding weekends and public holidays and you will be notified via email on the status of your withdrawal.
Withdrawals which are not related to a Jackpot Winnings are processed at a rate of ZAR 100,000.00 per week. Withdrawals related to Jackpots are processed at a rate of ZAR 10,000.00 per week.
